A new morning, a new Dream Valley challenge!

Good morning everyone! I'm pretty busy today, but have to invite you all over to Dream Valley Challenges for our next challenge, new beginnings. Were you a winner in our last challenge? They are posted, go look and see if you were one of the lucky 3 prize winners, or our top 3!

As I stated, our challenge is new beginnings, sponsored by One Stop Card Crafts and Crafty Ribbons. Just make a layout, altered item, card, WHATEVER, as long as the theme is something like a wedding, new baby, new house, graduate...you get the picture. New beginnings *duh* ;-)

They are offering a fab prize, Bev's Bag:

I chose new baby (probably because this card is destined for a friend due any day now, just waiting for little Anakin to come on out of mommy's tummy :) The card base is Core'dinations, you just *have* to sand this. Well, at least I do! So I sanded the left side of the card, adhered some Daisy Hill papers, and some cute pom pom ribbon, a random scrap from my stash. The cute little baby buggy was cut with my Expression using the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. Isn't it adorable? Yellow Studio G glitter glue to accent it, and boom, easiest card I've made in a long time. It's great when you can spend less than 30 minutes making a card, yet still make something that looks fab!
The sentiment is from the dollar stamp bin at Michael's from a couple of years ago, and it actually has a little baby t-shirt under the sentiment that I kept free of ink. I just wanted the words :) Embossed with clear powder as well, I like a little shine.

Remember, you have 2 weeks to get your creation all linked up to Dream Valley Challenges, so get creating and share with us!

Hope you all have a fabulous day. My parents are taking all 3 kids to see Rango, and hubby and I are off to visit an old friend (and the ladies are headed to a great local place owned by someone we went to high school with, Sap House Meadery, to pick up some deliciousness that is mead :) Yay!)
