CCCB May Challenge: Flowers

This month, we want to see your flower-y creations made using your Crafter's Companion stamps. That shouldn't be too hard...I actually had a hard time deciding which set I was going to use. So many ranges include flower-y stamps!

I settled on the Paint Fusion Sweet Pea stamp set, and even **gasp** pulled out the paints!! I have had this layout concept swimming around in my head for some time now, and figured now was as good a time as any to give it a whirl. Glad I did, love the background page I created! (Of course, it was dreary the day I took pics, so it doesn't look as great as it could, but it is pretty close! The background page isn't really white, more of a cream color, so it isn't your eyes playing tricks on you or poor photography.) This was made using a May Scraptastic kit and my Paint Fusion stamps and paints.

Horrible, horrible lighting. There is some awesome texture there, though!

Likey? I do. I actually gave it to my aunt (pictured top left) as a thank you for watching my rugrats for me this weekend when I went to CKC for Crafter's Companion. We were pushing the Spectrum Noir markers, and let me tell you, the crafty world is in love with these markers (even Copic lovers!!!) Such great news!

Alright...enough rambling. Head over to the Crafter's Companion Challenge Blog and enter your flower-y creation for your chance to win an Ultimate Tool. Also, check out my Crafter's Companion giveaway up in the sidebar here on my blog, and also at the CCCB and CCB as well. Each blog and each designer is giving away a different prize every single week, and your purchases this month at the Crafter's Companion store give you an entry into our daily Ultimate Tool drawing! Happy May, indeed!  :)

XOXO

What an awesome layout!! It gives an impression of vines growing up the side of a wooden fence! Your painting is gorgeous too!!
